L. Kathleen Casper, J.D. is a Washington State and Georgia licensed attorney who also has worked as an educator in many capacities. Her passions are helping children and families with their assorted legal needs, ensuring equitable access for special needs students to education programs, helping those who are struggling, and providing children with forever homes. She also worked several years in the field of property law (real estate transactions, litigation, boundary disputes, easements, and more.) And she holds a real estate agent license in Maine.
​Kathleen has many years of experience with non-profit organizations and other types of community service. Kathleen will help you find answers and caring support during your most stressful times of need. 

Attorney at Law

Tera Ireland, J.D. is a Washington State attorney with a background in family law and contracts. She has experience both as a paralegal and an attorney, so she has a deep understanding of document creation and communications. She continues to be interested in supporting families and taking care of client concerns. ​
