L. Kathleen Casper, J.D. is an attorney who also has worked as an educator in many capacities. Her passions are helping children and families with their assorted legal needs, ensuring equitable access for special needs students to education programs, helping those who are struggling, and providing children with forever homes. She also has many years of experience with non-profit organizations and other types of community service. Kathleen will help you find answers and caring support during your most stressful times of need. 

Attorney at Law

Tera Ireland, J.D. is an attorney with a background in family law and contracts. She has experience both as a paralegal and an attorney so she has a deep understanding of document creation and communications. She continues to be interested in supporting families and taking care of client concerns. ​

Assistant

​Maddy Casper is happy to assist with answering phone calls, greeting clients, filing documents, and other tasks as needed. She is a high school student who is currently taking Running Start classes at the local college and assisting the firm on her free time.
